Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Ability to adapt to change.
- Familiarity with sports betting.
- At least 1 year of call center experience.
Job Description
- Answer customer service calls, chats, and emails in a timely, efficient, and knowledgeable manner.
- Suggest methods to improve operations, efficiency, and service for both internal and external customers.
- Understand customer care and gather feedback to address customer needs.
- Assist the manager with the daily operations of the call center, including development tasks.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and customer service best practices.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to management to enhance customer service processes and tools.
Remuneration
- Total Consolidated Monthly Salary: 3000 GHS
- Basic Salary: 2100 GHS
- Performance Salary: 900 GHS
