  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Ability to adapt to change.
  • Familiarity with sports betting.
  • At least 1 year of call center experience.

Job Description

  • Answer customer service calls, chats, and emails in a timely, efficient, and knowledgeable manner.
  • Suggest methods to improve operations, efficiency, and service for both internal and external customers.
  • Understand customer care and gather feedback to address customer needs.
  • Assist the manager with the daily operations of the call center, including development tasks.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and customer service best practices.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to management to enhance customer service processes and tools.

Remuneration

  • Total Consolidated Monthly Salary: 3000 GHS
  • Basic Salary: 2100 GHS
  • Performance Salary: 900 GHS
