Job Description

As a Multimedia Artist, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, editing, and producing high-quality multimedia content for various platforms. This role requires a strong artistic eye, technical proficiency, and the ability to bring visual concepts to life through engaging and dynamic video content.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, corporate communications, and other projects. Capturing engaging B-roll footage and interviews as needed.
  • Operate and maintain professional video and audio recording equipment. Directing and coordinate shoots, ensuring proper lighting, framing, and composition.
  • Edit raw footage into polished, visually compelling videos and trim, arrange, and fine-tune video content for different formats and platforms. Enhancing videos with colour correction, sound design, and special effects. Create animated graphics, text animations, lower thirds, and visual effects to enhance video content.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple design projects within short deadlines.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, design colleagues and creative director to produce final material.
  • Edit, amend and optimize designs after feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in editing and content-generation applications including AI tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Film Production, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects), or Final Cut Pro X, or Davinci Resolve. (Knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing videography, video editing, and motion graphics work.
  • Experience working in an agency, media production company, or in-house creative team. (Sports-related experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
